Cecil Willie Bradley

Funeral services for Cecil Willie Bradley, 84, of Bethune will be held at 4:00 p.m., Friday, March 15, 2013, at Bethune Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery, Jefferson, SC. Rev. Larry Frazier will officiate. Mr. Bradley died Wednesday, March 13, at McCoy Nursing Center, Bishopville, SC. Born in the Mt. Pisgah Community of Kershaw, he was the son of the late Levy L. and Ellie Dease Bradley. He retired from the Kendall Co. and was a member of Bethune Baptist Church. He was very active with his church, serving in many capacities. Surviving is his wife; Martha Horton Bradley of the home, a son; Barry Bradley and his wife Janis of Columbia and a grandson; Patrick Bradley . Also surviving are a brother; Earl Bradley of Kershaw, 4 sisters; Reba Thompson of Camden, Peggy Jones of Lexington, Marie Bussart of Bishopville and Judy Bradley of Columbia. He was preceded in death by a sister; Bobbie Jean Redmon and 4 brothers; Donnie, Clyde, James and Edward Bradley The family will receive friends, one hour prior to the service in the church fellowship hall beginning at 3:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to Bethune Baptist Church, 304 Blackmon Street, South, Bethune, SC 29009.
