Bruce 'Bobo' Mungo

Memorial services for Bruce Gay BoBo Mungo, Jr., 53, of the Charlesboro community, Kershaw, will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, August 7, 2010, in Baker Funeral Home Chapel. The Revs. Larry Plyler and Buford Hayes will officiate.

Mr. Mungo died Friday, August 6, in KershawHealth, Camden. Born in Augusta, GA, he was the son of Anne Taylor Mungo and the late Bruce Gay Mungo, Sr. He was a fabricator in the construction industry, a member of Charlesboro Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing. He also loved to help build sets for the Andrew Jackson High School Drama Club.

Surviving in addition to his mother of Kershaw, are 3 sons; Michael Mungo of Kershaw, Aaron Mungo of Wichita Falls, TX, Zachary Zack Mungo of Kershaw, 3 sisters; Shirley M. Brown (Gene) of Avera, GA, Deborah M. Huddleston (Paul) of Kershaw, Lisa M. Munn (Mike) of Raeford, NC and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends, Saturday, August 7, prior to the service from 2 to 4 p.m at the funeral home.
