Graveside services for Bobby Dean Craig, 54 of Kershaw will be held at 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, February 18, 2014, in Fork Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Heath Springs. The Rev. Don Knight will officiate. Mr. Craig died Sunday, February 16, 2014, at his home. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of James William “Billy” Craig, Jr. and Maggie Bell Starnes Craig. Mr. Craig was a former electrician with Lee County School District in Georgia. He was a musician, a avid collector of Indian Artifacts and loved sports. Mr. Craig served his country during the Lebanon/Grenada Crises in the United States Navy and was a member of Kershaw Second Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his parents are his sister, Terry Cauthen and her husband Wayne of Kershaw; a nephew, Steven; 2 nieces, Brandi and Breanna and numerous great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, James William Craig, III and Joseph William “Joe” Craig. The family would like to thank his caregivers, Nicole Helms and Brenda Ellis for the care given to Mr. Craig. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, in the Family Life Center of Kershaw Second Baptist Church.
