Billy R. White

A graveside service for Billy Rayford White, 83, of Kershaw, SC, will be held at 11:00 o’clock a.m., Saturday, February 18, 2017, in the Refuge Baptist Church Cemetery, Kershaw, SC. Rev. Keith Coates will officiate.The family will receive friends following the service in the cemetery.

Mr. White died Wednesday, February 15, 2017, in Springs Memorial Hospital, Lancaster, SC. Born in Georgia, he was a son of the late William Jackson and Mattie Bell Collins White. He was a carpenter and attended DeKalb Baptist Church Camden, SC. He also loved to spend time with his grandchildren. Mr. White was married to the late Margaret Bowers White.

Surviving are his son, Chris White and his wife Glenda of Kershaw, SC; 2 grandchildren; 2 step-sons, Bobby Bass and his wife Andrea of Kershaw, SC, Billy Bass and his wife Pam of Mt. Pleasant, SC; 2 step-daughters, Robin Bass of Kershaw, SC; Barbara Bass of Kershaw, SC; 9 step-grandchildren and several sisters living in Georgia.
