Barbara S. Whitley

A graveside service for Barbara Ann Stogner Whitley, 66 of Kershaw, will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, March 28, 2016, in New Testament Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. James Aldridge will officiate.

Ms. Whitley died Thursday, March 24, in Lexington Medical Center, Columbia. Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Lois Humphries Stogner. She was also a former employee of Springs Industries.

Surviving are her daughter, Angie Adams and her husband Ben of Cassatt; her son, Ronnie Whitley of Lancaster; 2 grandchildren, Ashley Moser and Katelyn Whitley; 2 great grandchildren, Alexia Moser and Brian Wright; 3 sisters, Debbie Stogner, Jeannie S. Sullivan and Lori Missildine and 2 brothers, Ralph Stogner and Pete Stogner. She was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Stogner and a sister, Betty S. Threatt.

The family will receive friends Sunday, March 27, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home.
