A graveside service for Annie Ruth Faulkenberry Robinson, 86, of Kershaw, will be held at 11:00 o’clock a.m., Tuesday morning, March 31, in Kershaw City Cemetery. Burial will follow in the cemetery. Rev. Bobby James will officiate.
The family will greet friends following the service in the cemetery.
Mrs. Robinson, loving wife of the late Earl Dean Robinson, who predeceased her, September 14, 2017, passed away, Saturday evening, March 28, at her home. Born in Kershaw, she was a daughter of the late Samuel Faulkenberry and Minnie Williams Faulkenberry. She retired from Springs Industries and was a member of Kershaw Second Baptist Church. She was also a graduate of Baron DeKalb High School. Mrs. Robinson loved to read. She especially enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, J.W. Faulkenberry, Randolph Faulkenberry, Grover Faulkenberry, Cletis Faulkenberry, William Faulkenberry and Jeanette Faulkenberry Dease.
Surviving are her son, Earl (Tracy) Robinson; her daughter, Pam R. (Jon) Knight all of Kershaw; 4 grandchildren, Matthew (Jessica) Robinson, Joshua Robinson, Zachary Robinson and Bryan (Kristy) Knight; 2 great grandchildren, Olivia Knight and Savannah Hatchell and 2 brothers, Racine (Joann) Faulkenberry of Lancaster and Carl (Annie Mae) Faulkenberry of Kershaw and many nieces and nephews.
