Funeral services for Amy Jewel Hicks Hagins, 68, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 13, at Elgin Baptist Church, Lancaster. Burial will follow in the Lancaster Memorial Park. Rev. Bobby Joyner will officiate.

Born in Kershaw, she was the daughter of the late Braskey and Ethel Mical Hicks. Mrs. Hagins died Saturday, October 10, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was formerly employed by Lee's Studio and Leroy Springs Golf Course. Mrs. Hagins was a graduate of Kershaw High School and a member of Elgin Baptist Church. She was married to the late Hal Hagins

Surviving are three daughters; Crystal H. Griffin and her husband, Jeff, Amy H. Baker and her husband, Jim and Tara H. Lear and her husband, Marty all of Lancaster, five grandchildren; Amber L. Griffin, Trevor Griffin, Justin Sinclair, Hagin Baker and Kaitlyn Lear and a great granddaughter; Christina Parker, two sisters; Jannette Hilliard of Heath Springs and Patsy Holden and her husband Willie of Camden and a brother; Harry Hicks and his wife Ethel of Kershaw and her fiance Ken Ferguson of Lancaster. She was preceded in death by a brother; Edward Maurice Hicks and a sister; Mary Ann Hicks Williams.

The family will receive friends, Monday, October 12, from 6 to 7:30 P.M. at Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw and other times at the home, 2411 Kershaw-Camden Highway, Lancaster.

Memorial contributions may be made to Elgin Baptist Church, 2303 Belmont Street, Lancaster, S.C. 29720.
