Amos Moseley, Jr.

A graveside service for Amos Moseley, Jr., 77 of Kershaw will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 21, 2015, in Buffalo Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Moseley died Monday morning, May 18, 2015, in Lancaster Convalescent Center, Lancaster. Born in Kershaw, SC, he was a son of the late Amos, Sr. and Bernice Pet Moseley. He retired from Kendall Co., Camden, SC. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and spending time with his family. Mr. Moseley also was a United States Air Force Veteran. Surviving are three sons, Roger Moseley (Cathy), Danny Moseley (Renee), Robert Moseley (Regina); a daughter, Lorie Hall all of Kershaw; a step-daughter, Deloris Holcomb; a step-son, William E. Maness both of Chester; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren and two brothers, Benny Moseley of Lancaster and Clyde J. Moseley of Camden. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Ann Snipes and Bertha Taylor and two brothers, Tillman Moseley and Charles A. Moseley. The family will receive friends anytime at the home of his son, 516 Boonetown Rd., Kershaw. Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice in memory of Mr. Moseley.
