Carolyn Amanda Grace Plyler, 34, of Lancaster, S.C. passed away, Wednesday, April 21, 2021. Born in Lancaster, S.C., she was the daughter of Morris Neil Plyler and Windy Carol Williams Bowers. She was currently employed with Wal-Mart. She was a 2004 graduate of Buford High School where she was in the ROTC and played soccer. Amanda loved the outdoors, fishing and loved all kinds of animals, especially her fur babies. Most importantly, she cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.
Surviving are her mother and step-father, Windy Carol Bowers and Michael Bowers of Heath Springs, S.C.; her father, Morris N. Plyler of Heath Springs, S.C.; 2 brothers, Joey Plyler of Heath Springs, S.C. and Eugene Plyler and his wife, Ashley of Kershaw, S.C.; her companion and best friend, Jennifer Houser of Lancaster, S.C., and her children, Kaylee Hudson and Hannah Hudson; 2 nieces, Cynthia Alexus Helms of Heath Springs, S.C. and Abigail Elizabeth Craig of Kershaw, S.C.; 5 nephews, Gunnar Helms, Ashtin Helms, Jayce Helms all of Heath Springs, S.C. and Austin Neal Craig and Kaleb Luke Craig of Kershaw, S.C.; 2 uncles, Jerry Plyler of Lancaster, S.C. and Dennis Williams of Heath Springs, S.C.; her aunt, Cindy Williams of Sharon, S.C. and her fur babies, Lucky and Bella. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Carolyn Ruth Williams and Leroy Williams; her paternal grandparents, Nettie Grace Plyler and Eugene Neil Plyler and her maternal great grandmother, Ruth Shehane.

The family will receive friends, Friday, April 30, 2021, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., at Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw, S.C. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. following the visitation in the chapel of the funeral home. Rev. Sam Kennington will officiate. Entombment will follow in the Lancaster Memorial Park, Lancaster, S.C.
