Alvis Kent Collier

Memorial services for Alvis Kent Collier, 63, of Lancaster will be held at a later date in Immanuel Baptist Church, Waxhaw, N.C. Mr. Collier died Sunday, July 31, 2011, in Springs Memorial Hospital, Lancaster. Born in Greensboro, N.C., he was the son of the late Theodore and Sara Ledbetter Collier. He was a retired long distance truck driver. Surviving are his wife; Deanna Miller Collier and a sister; Carrie Whitley of Albemarle, N.C.
