Alton Lester Harvey, Jr.

Alton Lester Harvey, Jr., age 76, passed away, Tuesday evening, September 12, 2023. Born in Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Alton L. Harvey, Sr., and Sarah Turner. Mr. Harvey was a former employee of Avco Lycoming where he manufactured airplane engines. He served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his son, Charles (Kim) Harvey; son-in-law, Gene Loveland; grandchildren, Dustin, Carrie, Mercede, Christina, Tristan, Alexis, Kaitlyn, Ashley, and Brittany; 10 great grandchildren; siblings, Ruth Marshall, Mary Reimer, John Harvey, Ray Paul Hamilton, and Linda Leclair. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Michelle Harvey, Rebecca Loveland and 3 brothers, Ed Turner, Chuck Spence, and Timothy Spence.

A private family service will be held later.
