Alma Cleola Mcpherson

Funeral services for Alma Cleola Coot McPherson, 63, will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 27, 2008, in Timrod Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Ms. McPherson died Monday, August 25, 2008, at her home. Born in Bethune, she was the daughter of the late Walter Graham and Ola Norris McPherson. She was retired from Kendall Co. and a member of Timrod Baptist Church.

Surviving are 1 sister; Jean Byrd of Sumter, 6 brothers; Ray of Lydia, Donnie, Hazel, Basil, W.G. all of Bethune and Garry (John) of Bishopville . She was preceded in death by 3 brothers; Travis, Charles, Billy and 1 sister; Martha Byrd.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 26, 2008, from 6 to 8 P.M. at Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw.
