Adam Whitley

A service to celebrate the life of Adam Nathaniel Whitley, 34, of Kershaw, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 31, 2012, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends, Sunday, December 30, 2012, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home and following the service. Adam died Thursday, December 27, 2012, at his home. Born in Kershaw, he was the son of Patricia Allen Hunter and the late John Thomas whitley. He was a computer technician. Adam graduated from Andrew Jackson High School and held a Associate Degree from York Technical College. Surviving in addition to his mother are his brothers and sisters; Rebecca Langley of Kershaw, Kyle Hunter of Kershaw, Scott Byrd of Kershaw, Brianne Fletcher of Unionville, VA, Cody Hunter of Kershaw and a daughter; Faith Autry. He was preceded in death by a brother; Jason Whitley. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 West Faris Street, Greenville, S.C. 29605-4277.
