Johnny Dale Branham

Johnny Dale Branham, age 84, of Gaston, S.C., passed away Friday, December 16, 2022, at his daughter’s home in Kershaw, S.C. Born in Camden, S.C., he was a son of the late Ausman Emmanuel Branham and Georgia Rebecca Jackson Taylor. He was a carpenter and a faithful member of Antioch Baptist Church, Gaston, S.C. In his earlier years he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Branham loved to work and do mechanic work.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Lloyd Branham of the home, 3 children, Dale (Terri) Branham, Cindy Peake and Monty Branham; 4 stepchildren, Gerald (Jennifer) Roebuck, Michael Roebuck, Jeffrey Roebuck and Edwin Roebuck; 4 grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Talmage, Alfreda, Alfred and Jeanette.

Services will be conducted, Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., at Antioch Baptist Church, 1477 W.E. Jeffcoat Rd., Gaston, S.C. 29053. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Calvin Snelgrove will officiate.

The family will greet friends following the burial in the cemetery.
